This document outlines our standard refund terms & conditions, which can be invoked should we fail to meet your expectations.
Refund Policy on Subscription
We don't force you into buying an annual or monthly subscription plan.
We prefer to offer you complete freedom and flexibity in picking your service plan.
In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount of 20% over the already-low monthly subscription cost.
Subscription plans from DesignBoys may be refunded only if cancelled within the following time-frame:
- Annual Subscription: Within first 45 days from the actual subscription date.
- Monthly Subscription: Within first 30 days from the actual subscription date.
If at any time during this period you are dissatisfied, please contact us.
We will do our best to address all your issues, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs.
If you're still not convinced & feel that we've failed to address your concerns in a timely manner, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your subscription.
For your convenience, your monthly & yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service.
Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send an email specifying the amount that will be charged.
Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via email specifying the amount that has been deducted.
Exception to Refund Policy
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to our services due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
